The course provided by Advanced Technologies was practical and covered basic fire science and included a hands on component where our staff were able to use firefighting equipment against an actual fire in a controlled environment. Our employees are now confident that in the event of an emergency they would be able to select the appropriate equipment and respond to the emergency in a safe and controlled manner.
Our first point of contact was asking Brent to update all of our Work Health and Safety requirements. Brent organised an Emergency Procedures Information folder, a Work Health and Safety Policy folder and firefighting training – all tailored to our business needs. We contacted Brent in order to get all of our workers (both managers and cleaners) updated for Work Health and Safety requirements. Brent was quick to organise and carry out the training at our workplace, giving us hands-on experience in firefighting.
